Clean and remove skin on thighs and cook them for more than 35minutes

While cooking I then chop onion and jalapeno

I check the meat that is cooked and then start to season it when pan grilling then pour the chopped garlic and paste so as spice they drizzle them.

Stir the chicken as it is frying then pour your tomato sauce and pour small amount of water then stir and let it simmer for a while.

As it is cooking then pour in a small cup the flour and brown onion and water stir and pour to thicken the meat.
