Ingredients

6 servings
  • 400 gramsground mutton or beef
  • 1Chopped bell pepper
  • 400 gramsspinach
  • 3 tbspolive oil
  • 2Red chili peppers
  • 1/4 cuppaprika
  • 4 dashground black pepper
  • 1 canChopped tomatoes
  • 3 tbspground ginger
  • 3 tbspground cumin
  • 2 tspground cinnamon
  • 3 tspground coriander cloves
  • 1 cupfrozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cupChopped broccoli
  • 1 tspparsley leaf for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Put olive oil in the pan with the ground mutton or ground beef which ever meat you prefer. ( I used ground mutton on this recipe) and cook on medium high heat on top of stove

    Add the chopped onion, bell peppers , and Chilli peppers and continuously keep stirring the mixture

    Add all of the seasonings and stir

  4. 4

    Add the rest of the vegetables and keep cooking on medium high heat while continuously striring until the vegetables are tender.

  5. 5

    After it is done serve over some cooked rice or serve it as a side dish or even make samboosa with it . Garnish with parsely
