mix fruit and sugar in a sauce pot. crush fruit. heat to a bubble.

mix starch and cold water. add to bubbling fruit . stir until thick. remove from heat.

heat oil to 360. wrap banana with egg roll wrap. fry a couple minutes until golden brown

plate banana. top with berry sauce. dust with cinnamon and powdered sugar
