Ingredients

  • 1 lbPork roast, fat removed, big chunks
  • 2 cloveGarlic
  • 1as needed Salt
  • 1 canHominy, canned
  • 1as needed Powdered chile
  • 1/2 headShredded lettuce
  • 1 bunchRaddish, sliced
  • 1 eachOnion, sliced or diced
  • 1 bunchCilantro
  • 1as needed Oregano

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook meat, garlic cloves, water, and salt for 1 1/2 hours, remove foam if desired. Add hominy and chile powder.

  2. 2

    Once cooked have onion, cilantro, radish, oregano on the side to add as desired.
