  1. 1/2 cupPeanut Butter
  2. 1/4 cupRice syrup
  3. 1/4 cupMaple Syrup
  4. 1 tspVanilla Extract
  5. 1/2 tspCinnamon
  6. 1/2 tspSalt
  7. 1/3 cupProtein Powder (Optional)
  8. 2 cupQuick Cook Oats

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat peanut butter, maple syrup, and rice syrup in a sauce pan over medium low heat

  2. 2

    Stir until smooth and melted

  3. 3

    Add cinnamon, salt, vanilla, and oats

  4. 4

    Stir until well mixed

  5. 5

    Pour into and 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 for 18 minutes

  6. 6

    Remove from pan, set on cooling rack, and cut
