20 mins
  1. 125 gramsbutter
  2. 40 gramsicing sugar
  3. 125 gramspotato starch
  4. 80 gramscake flour/ plain flour

    beat butter and icing

  2. 2

    sift in potato starch and flour

  3. 3

    roll the dough into small ball

  4. 4

    press with fork, if stick soak fork in water

  5. 5

    preheat oven 150°C , 20 minutes.
