Simple Flour Uirō Steamed Cake

I used to use rice flour when making uiro steamed cakes, but this time I put this easy variation.
It's extremely hot when freshly out of the microwave, so make sure to cool down before slicing.
When doing so, damp the knife (as written in Step 3). It's easier to slice that way. Recipe by AyakoOOOOO

Steps
- 1
Mix together all ingredients (except for the anko).
- 2
Strain the mixture (Step 1) into a microwave-safe container. Microwave for 5 minutes at 500 to 600W.
- 3
When slightly cooled down, slice into desired shapes (dampen your knife if it's hard to cut) to finish.
- 4
※ Top with anko if you'd like.
