Ingredients

1 can (15 oz)pure pumpkin
3/4 cupevaporated milk warmed
1/4 cupheavy cream warmed
1 1/2 teaspoonspure vanilla extract
1/2 cupgranulated sugar
1/2 cuplight brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoonsground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoonground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoonground ginger
1/4 teaspoonground allspice
1/4 teaspoonground cloves
1/2 teaspoonsalt
2eggs room temp beaten
1egg yoke room temp beaten
3 Tablespoonbutter melted
1 teaspoonpure maple syrup
1deep dish unbaked pie crust

Pre heat oven to 350° degrees

In a large bowl combine filling ingredients, beating with mixer then Pour into crust.

Bake for 60 minutes

After that let the pie cool down on the counter on a wire rack. Then refrigerate for at least 1 hour or longer before cutting into. Garish with whipped topping and nuts if desired and refrigerate any leftovers.
