  • 2 ozCans chickpeas (garbanzos), one drained and one with liquid
  • 1/4 cupRaw sesame seeds
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • 1/4 cupLemon juice
  • 1/4 cupWater
  • 1Garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 tspCumin
  • 1/2 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients into he Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.

  2. 2

    Select Purée program.

  3. 3

    Switch machine to Start and allow machine to complete programmed cycle.
