Ingredients

  1. 2 cupMilk
  2. 12 ozRusset potatoes baked, halved (about 2 medium) divided use
  3. 2/3 cupShredded cheddar cheese, divided use
  4. 2 tbspChopped onion, sautéed
  5. 1/2 tspDried dill weed
  6. 1/2 tspSalt
  7. 1 ozBacon, cooked

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place milk, one potato, half of the cheese, onion, dill and salt into the Vitamix container in he order listed and secure lid.

    Select Hot Soup program

  3. 3

    Switch machine to Start and allow machine to complete programmed cycle.

  4. 4

    Select Variable 1.

  5. 5

    Switch machine to Start and remove the lid plug. Add remaining potato, bacon and cheese through the lid plug opening.

  6. 6

    Blend an additional 10 seconds.
