Ingredients

  • 4 cupsunperboiled rice
  • 2 cupsoil
  • Sugar or salt salt
  • Yeast

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the rice for 3hours

    Collect a hand full in a bowl

  3. 3

    Blend to a smooth paste

  4. 4

    Boil the hand full that was kept aside

  5. 5

    Allow to cool add yeast to it and mix with the paste

  6. 6

    Allow to double in size the fry
