Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 bowlSuji
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tablespoonTurmaric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonChilli powder
  • Rai tadka
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 1Tomato chopped
  • 2Capsicum chopped
  • Oil
  • 1/2 bowlCurd
  • 1Eno pouch

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except Eno well in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Keep for 20min

  3. 3

    Grease an appam pan.

  4. 4

    Add Eno to the batter

  5. 5

    Pour batter into the appam maker

  6. 6

    When cook on one side apply a little oil and change the side
