Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlSuji
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1/4 tablespoonTurmaric powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoonChilli powder
  5. Rai tadka
  6. 1Onion chopped
  7. 1Tomato chopped
  8. 2Capsicum chopped
  9. Oil
  10. 1/2 bowlCurd
  11. 1Eno pouch

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except Eno well in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Keep for 20min

  3. 3

    Grease an appam pan.

  4. 4

    Add Eno to the batter

  5. 5

    Pour batter into the appam maker

  6. 6

    When cook on one side apply a little oil and change the side
