2 headbeetroot big size
1stalk green onion
1/4 smallchopped parsley
2 tbsplemon juice
1 tspolive oil
1some pepper to taste and salt

Boil the beetroot till half cook.set aside to cool.then cut into cubes.

Mix with chop parsley and green onion.you can add some shreded carrots.

Add the lemon dressing with olive oil.
