Steps

Chop up the onion, garlic and fresh rosemary

Remove the skin from the sausages and pull apart the meat into small pieces

Heat the oil over a high to medium heat and cook the oninons for 3 to 4 minutes

Add the sausages and cook till browned. Break the sausages down with a wooden spoon.

Add the garlic, rosemary and fennel and cook for a few minutes

Add a glass of red wine and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add your worcestershire sauce

Add a can of chopped tomatoes

Leave to simmer for 10 mins

Cook pasta, drain it and add to your sauce.

stir together and serve with grated cheese of choice
