Was your rice n drain any excess water.

In a clean sufuria add 1/2 tbsp salad oil. Add 1 cup water n let it boil.

Add some grated garlic n some salt.

Add your rice n simmer till ready.

For stew. Chop all your ingredients. You may opt to soak for 5 mins peas n carrots in a salty hot water or cook them direct.

In a clean sufuria, add 1 1/2 salad oil.

After a min add your onions n let it brown. Add a pinch of salt to taste. Add tomatoes n cook till ready.

Drain your soaked carrots n green peas and add them in.

Cook for 15 mins or until ready. Avoid over cooking them. When almost ready add your courgettes n cook for only 5 mins.

Put off the heat n garnish your stew with dhania.

Serve while hot. Enjoy with your 1/2 pc avocado.
