Ingredients

  1. 250 gmMushroom
  2. 250 gmSliced bellpeppers
  3. 2sliced Onion
  4. 1 cupCurd
  5. 1 spoonbasen
  6. Salt and pepper
  7. 1 spoonGinger Garlic and chilli paste
  8. 1 pinchRed food colour
  9. Halfcup cream
  10. 1broccoli Sliced
  11. Chopped coriander leaves and chaat Masala for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Into the bowl. Add all the ingredients.

  2. 2

    And marinate the mushrooms for half an hour.

    Heat up the Tandoor and place the Marinated mushrooms and veggies.

    Leave it for 10 minutes.

    Brush some butter over all.

    And serve with the sprinkle of Coriander leaves, chaat Masala and cream over.
