Grace's Potatoes

This recipe comes from my Great Aunt Grace. When she introduced us to it, it immediately became a staple holiday side dish. Someone in our family always requests it on a feast holiday, like Thanksgiving or Christmas. It is very rich, so it pairs best with other simpler sides like steamed plain vegetables. If your veggies are fancy, like an onion and pancetta brussels sprouts, maybe avoid Grace's Potatoes so you don't get overloaded.

I choose to use this platform to showcase the very best of the best, most of which come from the women in my life. My grandma Maggie, grandma June, great aunt Grace, my mom Patty, and my wife Envy. Keep an eye out for new additions.
