3 cupFjour
1 tspBaking Soda
1 tspCinnamon
1 tspNutmeg
1 tspAllspice
1/2 tspSalt
1 tspVanilla
1 cupPecans

Peel and thin slice apples

Blend oil and sugar, add eggs one at a time.

Sift all dry ingredients, add to oil mixture, combine thoroughly.

Add nuts and vanilla. Fold in apple slices.

Cook at 300°F in angel food cake pan for over one hour. Then test ford oneness.
