  • 3 lbAtlantic farm raised Salmon
  • 1 bunchDill
  • 1Lawrys Garlic & Herb marinade
  • 1Lemon pepper
  • 1Soy sauce
  • 1 stickButter
  • 2 eachLemon

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    you need cooking wood planks

  2. 2

    set grill at 350

  3. 3

    cut the salmon into desired size steaks

  4. 4

    season with lemon pepper lightly

  5. 5

    half the bottle of marinade and like 4 tbsp soy and squeeze a whole lemon

  6. 6

    let it marinade for 45 min

  7. 7

    place butter tbsp on of fish

  8. 8

    slice Lemon thin and place on top of fish

  9. 9

    place fish on planks and cook for 20 min push down on fish if it flakes its done keep a squirt bottle handy for flare ups

  10. 10

    serve on plate decorate with dill
