In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add salt, pasta and cook till little soft. Drain and rinse in cold water. Set aside.

Making masala pasta
Heat half of the oil in a pan, add tomato puree and add it to the pan along with salt.Cook until the tomatoes puree well cooked The raw smell of tomatoes should disappear.Add red chilli flakes and oregano Stir well and fry for a minute. Switch off the stove.

If using cream add now and stir.Add cooked pasta Toss well. Adjust salt as needed. Add coriander leaves.now add cheese Serve masala pasta hot

Making rice
In a pan add 1tbsp butter 1 cup mix veggies like carrots beans peas salt as per taste...
Black pepper as per taste...boiled rice green coriander leaves....1 tbsp lemon juice turn off gas and add 1/2tsp of oregano chillies flakes.
