Aloo ka parantha

At first prepare the Stuffing.

Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker.

Take it out of the pressure cooker and smash it evenly.

With the smashed potato, mix the salt as per your taste, ginger paste, chopped green chillies.

In a wok, heat some oil, and add the potato mixture. Stir it very well.

Add the tomato ketchup and mix it evenly.

Add the chopped groundnut and coriander leaves. Mix it very well and fry the potato mixture untill the raw smell disappears.

Take it out of the flame and keep it aside.

Now, for the parantha, mix the maida with the salt and oil that were written under the parantha section.

Knead it with your hand with some warm water.

Cover it with a moist cloth for 5mins

Take small balls from it and with the help of rolling pin, flatten it with a round shape.

Add the stuffing in between and fold it from all the four sides, in such a way it becomes square in shape.

Again flatten it with the rolling pin.

Heat a tawa, put the parantha on it.

Put some vegetable oil on the tawa, below the parantha.

Fry it till crispy.

Your alu ka parantha is ready to be served. Enjoy it with some tomato ketchup.
