Ingredients

  • 1 cupmatar
  • 250 grammawa
  • 3/4 cupsugar grinded
  • 3 tbspnpure ghee
  • 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder
  • as needed nuts almonds and kaju

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle ham mater ko 5 minute boil kar lenge and stain kar ke cool hone ke liye rekh denge.

    Now jab mater cool ho jayegi tab ham mixer main iska fine paste bana lenge.

  3. 3

    Now ham wok lenge aurr usme 3 tbspn ghee daal kar medium fame per rekhenge.

    Jab ghee hot ho jayega tab ham usme kaju and almonds ko fry kar lenge kuch colour change hone tak. Ab nuts ko plate main nikal kar rekh lenge

  5. 5

    Now isi wok main ham mater ke paste ko dalker roast kar lenge.jab bhe dough form main aane legega tab isi tym sugar add kar denge and mawa bhi add kar denge and continiously stir kernge tab tak ki bhe dough form main and a jaye

  6. 6

    Now gas ko off kar denge. And isme cardamom powder dal kar nicely mix kar lenge.

  7. 7

    Now grease plate main isko faila denge and kaju almonds se garnins kar denge and set hone ke liye 2 hour ke liye freeze main rekh denge.

  8. 8

    After 2 hours yummy mater burfi ready to eat.keep enjoy. Happy coocking.
