Ingredients

300 grmsmushroom
2 tablespoonbutter
2 tablespoonhung curd
1/2 tea spoonsalt
1/2 tea spoonRed chilli
1/4 tea spoonhaldi
1/2 tea spoonchat massala
2-3garlic clove (paste)
1/4 tea spoonginger paste
1/2 tea spoonzeera

Steps

Take butter in a pan. Add zeera and now add mushroom

Stir continues till all water of mushroom remove and convert into wapers.

Add all masala in hung curd and add this masala hung curd into mushroom.

Stir continuously till all masala absorb in mushroom. Turn Off the gas. Serve hot
