Steps

Boil 4 cup water in a pan. Add 1 tsp oil & salt. Add macroni. Boil it on high to medium flame until macroni softens. Once cooked. Drain water. Rinse in cold water. Keep it aside.

Chop vegetables.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add ginger garlic paste. Add chopped onions, saute until translucent. Add tomatoes, green chillies, spring onions. Saute all till tomatoes get tender.

Add tomato sauce, black pepper, sugar & salt. Mix all properly.

Now add Boiled macroni. Stir all so that all tomato gravy mixed in macroni.

Garnish with coriander sprigs. Serve hot.
