Mint scented Cauliflower
Steps

Clean and wash cauliflower under running water properly. Drain water, keep aside.

In a mixing bowl place whole cauliflower add all the ingredients on cauliflower and marinate it for 1 hour.

Heat nonstick pan add oil, cumin seeds, sliced onion saute for few mins. Place the marinated cauliflower and reduce the flame to the slow heat. Immediately add salt, mix and cover the pan with lid or aluminium foil.

Cook for 15-20 mins. Add chopped mint, coriander further cook for couple of minutes till it is completely done.

Serve hot and garnish coriander leaves with and ginger julinnes.
