Steps

Take a bowl. Add rawa, 1/4 tablespoon salt, 2 tadlespoon oil and make a smooth dough. And leave it for 15 minute.

Take a pan and heat them. Add besan and saute them till the golden brown.

Add 2 tadlespoon water in besan. And stir continously add grated coconut, salt as per taste, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala. Stuffing is ready.

Make small goli of dough. Flatten the goli and stuff the stuffing.

And deep fry in oil. Madrasi kachori is ready to serve. Serve it with green chutney.
