Heat oven to 350. Cook and drain pasta.

Melt butter in 3 quart saucepan over low heat.

Cook garlicin butter 30 seconds, stirring constantly

Stir in flour and salt. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly

Gradually stir in milk. Heat until boiling. Stir while boiling for one minute.

Stir in mustard snd colby cheese. Stir occasionally until cheese is melted.

Stir in pasta and ham.

Pour into ungreased 2 qt dish. Sprinkle with parmesean cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
