Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupPistachio nuts
  2. 3 cloveRoasted Garlic
  3. 5 cupFresh Basil Leaves
  4. 1 tspKosher Salt
  5. 1 tspFresh Ground Black Pepper
  6. 1 1/2 cupOlive Oil
  7. 1 cupParmesan Cheese
  8. 1 eachFreshly Squeezed Lemon (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place nuts and garlic in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade for 15 seconds

  2. 2

    Add basil leaves, salt, pepper, olive oil and the lemon juice until the pesto is thoroughly puréed

  3. 3

    Add parmesan cheese and purée for 1 minute

  4. 4

    I prefer to spread this on the Cauliflower crust spinach white pizza
