1 1/4 cupFlour
3/4 cupCornmeal
1/2 cupSugar
2 tspBaking Powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspBaking Soda
1 stickMargerine or Butter ( softened)
3/4 cupMilk

Mix dry ingredients well. Cut in margerine with a fork. Mix milk in with a fork until until moistened thoroughly (Will be gooey).

Drop by tablespoons on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

These are sweet and tender, almost like a cornmeal cookie.
