Preheat pan with olive oil and add onions. Cook and add mushrooms and then remove from pan

Add a little bit more olive oil and cook the medallion until brown from both sides. Then on medium heat cook for around 3 minutes each side for a juicy steak

Boil water in a pot, add salt and cook asparagus for around 5 minutes

Boil water in another pot, add salt and cook potatoes until tender.
