cook chicken breast, and 3/4cup cilantro in broth in pressure cooker

shred chicken, then add to bowl along with remaining cilantro, salsa and cheese. mix well.

spoon mixture into tortillas, fold in half then place on baking sheet. sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.

bake at 350° for 10-11 minutes until filling is heated through, and edges of tortilla are browned and crisp
