2 tbspbutter
4 tbspsour cream
1/2 cupbroccoli
1/2 cupcheddar cheese
1salt & pepper to taste

Bake potatoes at 450 for 45-50 minutes

Cut potato long ways, and scoop out potato with a spoon. Being careful not to break the skins

Add the rest of the ingredients to the scooped out potato, mix well and stuff the potato skins with the stuffing mix and top with cheese.

Bake again for 20- 25
