  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 10 tbspwhole wheat flour
  7. 3 tbspvegetable oil
  8. 500 mlsour cream
  9. Sauce
  10. 500 mlwater
  11. 2 tbspwhole wheat flour
  12. salt
  13. For frying
  14. 300 gramspork loin
  15. 500 gramsspareribs
  16. 4smoked sausages
  17. 2chopped onion
  18. 100 gramsmushrooms
  19. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  20. salt
  21. pepper

  1. 1

    Pork loin and spareribs on both sides until golden brown, sprinkle a little bit of salt and pepper. After the meat fry 90 minutes.

    Fresh mushrooms or frozen with smoked sausages stir and cook together for a few minutes. To add it to meat.

    Onion fry with heated oil until golden brown and add it to dish. Add water (0,5 liters ) and wheat flour (2 tablespoon ). All products stew a few more minutes.

    Thin paste with sour cream, egg, salt, wheat flour, sugar, oil and backing powder. Cook pancakes.

    Broth pour into a cup. Pancakes with sauce (broth ) use. Serve hot!
