Toss all ingredients except grapefruit and milk into a bowl

cut grapefruit in half and use sharp knife to separate segments

add segments to top of bowl and squeeze in juice

top bowl with milk substitute

for variation add a pinch of water to allow fruit to naturally sweeten or add any fresh or frozen fruit like peaches cherries mangoes blueberries or red grapes
