
Mama D's Cornbread Stuffing

Preheat oven to 400*

Mix onion, celery, grated cornbread and biscuits, parsley, poultry seasoning, sage and pepper in a large mixing bowl.

Add melted margarine

Stir until we'll blended

Add chicken broth to dry ingredients and mic well. The dressing should have a wet, but not soupy texture. (Like a banana or cornbread mix)

Divide mixture evenly into two 8x8 pans sprayed with nonstick spray.

Bake uncovered for 1 hour@ 400* or until lightly brown on top.

Tips:
1. Make biscuits & cornbread a day ahead & let them sit out. You want them to start getting stale when you are ready to crumble them.2. Grate biscuits & cornbread in the food processor or by using the largest holes on your hand grater.
I have found the quickest way is to crumble them by hand.
