1/2 lbgreen beans (chopped into 2 inches pieces)
2garlic cloves (sliced)
1 tbspdried red chili peppers (chopped)
1/2 tbspground cumin
1/2 tbspground black pepper
1salt (to taste)
2 tbspvegetable oil
