Ingredients

1cucumber (julienned)
3 tbspsoy sauce
2 tbspdried red chili peppers (chopped)
3garlic cloves (chopped)
1 tspground cumin
1 tspground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a plastic container. Mix well.

Cover the container and chill for at least 30 minutes.
