  2. 3 tbspsoy sauce
  3. 2 tbspdried red chili peppers (chopped)
  4. 3garlic cloves (chopped)
  5. 1 tspground cumin
  6. 1 tspground black pepper

    Combine all ingredients in a plastic container. Mix well.

    Cover the container and chill for at least 30 minutes.
