Ek bowl me hung curd, mint chutney, salt, corn flour jeera powder add karke mix karein

Ab is mixture me blanched gobhi add karein

Ab achche se mix karein aur sbhi florets ko skewers me arrange karein

Ek ghante ke liye refrigerator me marinate hone ko rakhein

Preheated oven me bake karein

Ab ek pan me oil garam karke usme jeera aur bay leaf add karein

Ab usme chopped onion add karein halka brown hone pe isme chopped methi ko add karein mix karein

Ab isme fresh cream dal ke thoda sa mint chutney dal ke salt dale mix karein

Fir mix karke isme Ciba garam masala add karein

Kuch min bhun ke Kasuri methi, red chilli powder, coriander powder add karke mix karke lid lagake kuch min pakayein aur tandoori gobhi add karein mix karein

Kuch min pak jane pe coriander leaves se garnish karein
