Add required oil and all the tempering items

Add mashed ginger-garlic paste and fry it a bit more till the smell wears off.

Add onions and fry them thoroughly until they turn to golden color. Place the lid and cook them to make it faster. Also add salt to it to quicken the process

Wash the frozen boda-Kakarkai and add them to the mix and fry them for a min or two

Now add about 1/8th cup of milk and close the lot and let the mixture cook

Put the stove in sim through the entire process and wait till it gets cooked.

Then finally add karam, salt if needed and sugar. Keep it in high flame for just few minutes and finish it off
