Use food chopper/ processor to drain & chop artichokes.

Mix all ingredients together & put in casserole.
- 3
Either:
A. Cook in oven for 20 minutes @ 325°F OR...
B. Cook in small crock-pot on medium one hour or less, and then keep on low setting - 4
NOTE: Serve with large Frito scoops &/or bread.
