Ingredients

  • 1 canchopped chili's (not drained)
  • 1/3 candiced jalapeños
  • 1 cupmayo (not miracle whip)
  • 1 lbmonterey jack cheese (not shredded)
  • 3/4 canparmesan cheese
  • 27 oz. bottles marinated artichoke hearts

Steps

  1. 1

    Use food chopper/ processor to drain & chop artichokes.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients together & put in casserole.

  3. 3

    Either:
    A. Cook in oven for 20 minutes @ 325°F OR...
    B. Cook in small crock-pot on medium one hour or less, and then keep on low setting

  4. 4

    NOTE: Serve with large Frito scoops &/or bread.
