Ingredients

1 can (8 oz)pizza sauce
1/2 cupOnions, chopped
2 cupsCubed beef, or 1 lb. hamburger or chicken cooked
2 cupCooked elbow macaroni or shells
1/2 cupShredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbspButter
2 tbspAll purpose flour
1/4 cupWater
1 tspDried crushed oregano
1 dashPepper

Steps

Melt butter in a large saucepan.

Stir in sauce, onion, water, pepper, flour, and oregano.

Cook and stir till mixture is thick and bubbly.

Stir in meat and pasta.

Move to 2 quart casserole dish, bake uncovered for 3 minutes at 350°F.

Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 5 more minutes.
