Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz)tomato soup
  • 1 tbspMinced dried onion
  • 2 cupCubed beef or 1 lb hamburger or pork, cooked
  • 2 cupCooked rigatoni or cavatelli pasta
  • 1/2 cupShredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 2 tbspAll purpose flour
  • 1/4 cupWater
  • 1 tspOregano
  • 1 dashPepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in a large saucepan.

  2. 2

    Stir in sauce, onion, water, oregano, flour, and pepper.

  3. 3

    Cook and stir till mixture is thick and bubbly.

  4. 4

    Stir in meat and pasta.

  5. 5

    Move to a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 5 minutes.
