Steps

Take a bowl and soak the rice in water for 1/2 hour

Take a deep bowl and add milk in it and start heating milk

When milk get warm add rice in it

Stir it continuosly until rice got cooked

Add sugar to the kheer

In a small cup add milk and saffor and keep it for sometime.
Now add the saffron in kheer and and give it colour - 7
Now roast the nuts and add in the lheer

Kheer it now ready chill it in a fridge
