  • 2medium tomatoes diced
  • 1large onion diced
  • 3heaped Tb Guacamole

    In a large plate,start by serving the rice and chicken.

    Top it up with the tomatoes and onions.You can add some lemon juice to it.

    Add the corn next and top it up with Guac.Enjoy😊
