  1. 1/4 cupketchup
  2. 1/4 cupOlive oil mayo
  3. 2 tbsprelish
  4. 1 dashTabasco sauce
  5. 1 pinchblack pepper
  6. 1 lbTurkey pastrami
  7. 4 slicelow-fat Swiss cheese
  8. 8 slicerye bread, toasted
  9. 1 cupbottled sauerkraut

  1. 1

    combine the ketchup, mayo, relish, and Tabasco in a bowl and mix, season with a but if black pepper. set dressing aside.

  2. 2

    divide pastrami into 4 portions, pile on plates, and top each with a slice of cheese. microwave briefly, about 30 seconds each, to melt the cheese

  3. 3

    layout 4 slices of the rye bread on a cutting board. top each with sauerkraut and then pastrami and cheese. drizzle with the dressing. top with remaining slices of bread.
