  1. 10pandan leaf /screwpine leaf
  2. 10bite size chicken breast or wings
  3. marinate
  4. 1/2 tspwhite pepper powder
  5. 50 mlcoconut milk
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tsppalm sugar or brown sugar
  8. 1 tbsppounded pandan leaf / screwpine paste
  9. 1 tbsppounded each garlic and ginger paste
  10. 1 tbsppounded fresh coriander leaf and stem paste
  11. 1 tbspfish sauce or light soy sauce
  12. 1 1/2 tbspoyster sauce

    For chicken

    Marinate chicken for 30 minute

    Wrap chicken with pandan leaf (screwpine leaf) then fasten with toothpick

    Deep fry till chicken is cook about 8 minute or longer for bigger pieces then drain
