  2. 3/4 stickMargarine
  3. 1/2 cupChopped Celery
  4. 1Chopped Green Pepper
  5. 1 cupRice
  6. 1 dashBlack Pepper
  7. 1 canSmall can of Mushroom Stem & Pieces
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 tspItalian Seasoning
  10. 1Chicken Bullion Cube
  11. 1 tbspParsley Flakes
  12. 2 canBeef Consomme

    Add 3/4 stick margarine , 1 cup of chopped onion, 1 cup of chopped green pepper, and half a cup of celery into a 2-quart casserole dish put in the oven or microwave until onions become transparent generally 15 minutes in the microwave

    Add 1 cup of rice, 2 cans of beef consomme, a dash of black pepper, one can of mushrooms, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 chicken bouillon cube, and 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes to the 2 quart casserole dish.

    Now either bake for 1 hour at 350°F in oven covered or 30 minutes on high in microwave.
