Ingredients

  • fish somay
  • 250 gramsspanish mackerel or any white fish
  • 100 gramscornstrach
  • 1 smallgarlic
  • 50 gramsgrated squash
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 smallegg
  • 2 tbspspring onion, thinly slice
  • 1 packagesdumpling wrap
  • spicy peanut sauce
  • 3/4 cupground toasted peanut
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1/4 cupred chilly
  • 4 cloveshallot
  • 1 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare steamer, boiled water

  2. 2

    Place the somay igredients in a food processor, and grind a little, not too smooth

  3. 3

    Fill the dumpling wrap with somay paste

  4. 4

    Put in the steamer for 20 minutes

  5. 5

    The sauce, put everything the food processor and grind untul the consistency you want, and then boil it wit a little water until a litlle thicker

  6. 6

    At the end give a pinch of salt and pepper

  7. 7

    Serve with hard boiled egg, boiled/roasted potato and a little bit lime squeeze
