Ingredients

  1. fish somay
  2. 250 gramsspanish mackerel or any white fish
  3. 100 gramscornstrach
  4. 1 smallgarlic
  5. 50 gramsgrated squash
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. 1 smallegg
  8. 2 tbspspring onion, thinly slice
  9. 1 packagesdumpling wrap
  10. spicy peanut sauce
  11. 3/4 cupground toasted peanut
  12. 2 clovegarlic
  13. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  14. 1 tbspbrown sugar
  15. 1/4 cupred chilly
  16. 4 cloveshallot
  17. 1 1/2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare steamer, boiled water

  2. 2

    Place the somay igredients in a food processor, and grind a little, not too smooth

  3. 3

    Fill the dumpling wrap with somay paste

  4. 4

    Put in the steamer for 20 minutes

  5. 5

    The sauce, put everything the food processor and grind untul the consistency you want, and then boil it wit a little water until a litlle thicker

  6. 6

    At the end give a pinch of salt and pepper

  7. 7

    Serve with hard boiled egg, boiled/roasted potato and a little bit lime squeeze
