Ingredients

  • 3boiled potatoes
  • 100 gmboiled peas
  • 100 gmpaneer
  • 1/2 cuponion
  • 1/4 cupcoriander
  • 1 spoon garlic
  • 1 spoongreen chilli
  • 1 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 spoon garam masala
  • 3 spoon oil
  • 1 cupbread crumbs
  • as per tasteSalt
  • Ketchup
  • Green chutney
  • Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl.
    Mix all ingredients in bowl. [ Potatoes + peas + onion+ chilli garlic+ masala + 1/2 cup bread crumbs + coriander leaves.]

  2. 2

    Now give a shape of kababs.

  3. 3

    Cover the kababs in remaining half bread crumbs.Take a pan. Add 1 spn oil and shallow fry the kababs.
    Serve hot kababs with ketchup and green chutneys. Garnish with coriander leaves and cheese.

  4. 4

    #Paneer is rich in proteins, minerals and nutrients. And this dish is shallow fry so it's consider less oil.
